Well.... I havent written anything on the blog for so long, so here goes.....
Just to catch up since started the 80's blog a long time ago,
I have been concentrating on my career in childcare and gained my qualification in summer 2016, I am starting a new qualification in play work soon and all the experiences that comes with it.
I am a practitioner at Leeds University childcare centre and work with the toddlers, it is an amazing job, so fulfilling and engaging, the children are awesome, always pleased to see me.. they are all so cute!! I suffer with IBS and the cramps and pain that goes alongside this, but the children really help me to forget and live my life, which is brilliant to be honest.
in other news myself and my OH James are getting married in April 2018, so we have been planning and booking bits and pieces, I had thought making this blog all about weddings but it would probably drive people crazy so it will remain the musings of quirky 30 something( although I decided to start going backwards in age) about films, music, crafts and weddings. Basically my life!!!
J and I went to see Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2 last week and we werent disappointed, I feel it was as good as th first. Although the first one has a better soundtrack......David Hasselhoff Really???? There are spoilers if You haven't seen it... Baby Groot and the Chain.... Fleetwood Mac are my favourite band- I have seen them twice in concert , The film is so good, and watched all the after credits to see what is coming next for the characters.......
anyhoo on hols this week so off to get the crafts out and plan some stuff for brownies this evening...
